• Office planning with Exploration & Production (E&P) representatives such as: Geophysicists, Geologists, and Engineers
• Utilizing and interpreting aerial, composite, and topographic maps in understanding potential surface constraints and limitations
• Environmental & Regulatory searches for the areas of interest
• Consultant field scouting with handheld GPS.
• $$ saved on survey crew costs & improper well placements
• Environmental / surface constraints or restrictions can be identified early
• Landowner / Occupant can be involved to discuss their concerns and preferences. This can be considered with E&P group prior to any formal survey costs incurred.
